iElevate Your Career 
Accelerator Program

Our 12-week career & life coaching program is designed for neurodiverse young adults. This is a faith-based life and career program for teen young adults navigating transition to workforce. We walk alongside them on their journey to find purpose, develop innate talents, build a network, and land first-time employment opportunities. We cover mindset, communication, life skills and networking (people and personal skill building).

Our community identifies as neurodivergent and works with young adults with learning disabilities or differences, primarily Autism/ADHD, although a diagnosis or identify is not required.

Values

Learn the pillars of who you are, and apply to jobs that truly align with your core values.

WEEK 4

Personality and Learning Style

Dive into your personal quirks, learning interests, and choose roles that match YOU. Our team will help you match with the correct job role fit and environment fit. 

WEEK 5

Career Path Navigation

Choose 2 career paths and commit to these pathways with your coach. We will then build a brand and network around your career paths together. 

WEEK 6

Strengths and Skills

Analysis and assess your current strengths and skills. We will help you build an skill plan.

WEEK 7

Crafting Your Personal Brand

Our team will help with resume, cover letters, portfolio development and personal branding based on the 2 career paths you chose.

WEEK 8

Mastering The Job Interview

Job interviews are very difficult for neurodivergent individuals. We will help you shine in the interview by teaching presentation skills and working on persuasive language that highlights your abilities so an organization can see your strengths first.

WEEK 9

Improving Networking and Communication

Find mentors in your field, and develop core relationships for navigating a successful career. Never be another number online applying again!

WEEK 10

Understanding the Employer Mindset

Theory of mind, perspective taking, customer service and self-sacrifice are core to success in business and career. You must be able to see how you are a puzzle piece in the team, and how you can serve others and the business needs. We will work with you to hone these skills.

WEEK 11

Self-Management Skills

Life skills like personal hygiene, exercise, cooking, cleaning and home/health management are key for success on the job.

WEEK 12

Onboarding to Work

We support our clients through initial onboarding to their new job or internship. We also support post-hire in our 12-month job retention program.

Who is the program for?

This program isn't for everyone, but it will be a perfect fit for you if you are…

  • Ages 18-35 and navigating a first-time career, job search process, or feeling lost in your path.

  • Looking to pursue a career focused on areas like business development, the creative arts and/or technology.

  • Are relatively independent, but may still face challenges in specific areas.

  • Neurodivergent, or have a diagnosis of ASD or ADHD, or other learning disability (disclosure not necessary but our primary clientele).

  • Getting ready to graduate or recently graduated.

  • Have already spent a few years in the workforce and are looking to switch careers.

  • Looking to land a first time job, struggling to land.

  • A motivated person willing to be coached.
