Success Stories with Love

Nothing brings us more joy than hearing the real-life stories of our clients achieving the goals they set while working with us (or have been working toward for even longer).

We are delighted to feature Brett, who recently landed a job in his chosen career field. Here is what Brett had to say:

“I worked with Danielle from 2020 to 2022. I recently got a job with the  Boston Red Sox as a ticket-taker. I have been studying to get my master’s degree in Sports Leadership at Northeastern University.”

“Danielle helped me find what I wanted to do as a career since I knew I wanted to work in the sports field. She also helped me prepare for living on my own socially and mentally. Last summer, I proposed to my fiancée, whom I had known since high school. Danielle gave me multiple tools to use in the future to help

me succeed.”​

Taylor met Danielle in 2020 and was struggling to land work and keep a positive mindset living at home after graduation. Fast forward to today and he is still employed with Wells Fargo, living independently and enjoying his new job. He started remotely and transitioned to a hybrid model with mentorship and coaching support through Wells Fargo. We are so proud of him!

Zach is a recent graduate of William-Jewell College in Liberty, MO, where he studied both English and Mathematics. Since he was young, Zach has been passionate about storytelling, critical thinking, and the power of the written word.

His love for learning and clear communication has led him to pursue a career in technical writing—a field that blends his curiosity with his ability to break down complex ideas for diverse audiences.

Over the past year, Zach has expanded his skill set through a multi-language programming bootcamp with the University of Kansas and coaching with iElevate. We are so proud of the progress he’s made over the past few months and can’t wait to see what the future holds for him!

Emma worked with Danielle for a year and landed a full-time job with benefits in marketing. She experimented during iElevate in social and life skills coaching as well thanks to our peer coach, Maddie Gies, participating in yoga, meetup groups, and dating. She just completed her first professional business trip to Utah and is thriving in her new workplace. She leaned into a local network. During her time at iElevate she also pursued interest in library sciences and had two interviews in marketing and at the library.

Garrett joined iElevate while still in college, and wanted an accountability coach to help with not just career mentorship and interviewing, but also daily life skills and managing a chaotic schedule. Garrett successfully graduated, after questioning whether or not he could finish college. He has accepted a professional position as a squash coach, is volunteering for a climate based NGO in the Bay area, and has applied for a master's degree at two different schools. He uses a visual schedule, connects with other iElevate peers, and is stepping into a new chapter post-grad of leaning into his creative mindset and entrepreneurial skills. In his free time, Garrett is a musician, playing the piano for audiences. He also enjoys spending time out in nature (skiing, surfing, etc).
